Here are some websites, You Tube channels and resources that I personally Like. Do I agree with everything? Of course not. None the less, all resources mentioned below will have some good information. Not every resource will be BTS related but rather information on reptile care. These are a few sources that has taught
This is one of two big sites that I first looked at when it comes to blue tongue skink care. This site is a really good place to get your feet wet when it comes to the hobby. I did research for well over a year and this site was a go to.
This was the 2nd of the big two websites that I ever really looked at. No they are not all about indo's.
But minus the temps and humidity. Diets and most other topics can be applied.
This website is pretty much a copy of bluetongueskinks.net
Regardless, there is some good info here as well.
Joshs frogs is not necessarily about blue tongue skinks at all, but this is a site to purchase bio-active elements and to learn a ton of things about bio-active enclosures. This is another site that I highly recommend.
What can I say, other than Clint has helped me choose 3 of my personal reptiles. Clint's channel is inspiring, fascinating, educational, entertaining and something that the whole Family loves.
I have learned so much about socialization through watching Kevin.
Lizards, snakes and reptiles in general.
If you are having a rough time interacting with your pet, N.E.R.D. is absolutely the correct channel to watch on how to build trust with your reptile.
Emily is on top of her game with reptiles. This video can be applied to your Indo when she talks about aggressive snakes, or the confident grab. Most of you know that even when your skink is hissing, once you pick them up, that they are like holding a scaly puppy. Snake Discovery can show you so many things, as a lot of Emily's videos can be applied to everyday interactions.
Elle's Reptiles is a channel that I have been watching for a while. You can learn quite a bit from Elle. What I love about her channel is that it's more like a day to day vlog versus an educational channel. You can learn a lot here but the experiences that she shares is what makes this channel so good.
If you delve deep into Reptile adventures you will learn a ton about different types of reptiles from all over the world. Dav's not only well known in the Hobby but is super knowledgeable and will show you places and reptiles from around the globe, that most of us can only dream about.
Reptillian Garden is another vlog styled channel. Tricia is really insightful and personable. This is another channel that my kids like to watch. If you are brand new to skink keeping this is another good place to pick up some good information.
For your Northern Skinks ( Tiliqua Scincoides Intermedia).
